    Do you think that the unit cannon's pod's re-entry explosion effect is too big and bulky for the pod's size?

    It should only just shatter with thin BUT bright smoke trails, or no smoke at all, just some shock waves and some movement traces like the ones made by artillery shells, because it's just the outer shell of the pod which is breaking, it shouldn't release such high amounts of gases.

    Bottom line, the re-entry "explosion" should be as cool looking as the concept, looks and feel of robots and tanks crashing beyond the frontlines in blitzkrieg style. Pure Awesome! :D

    The current implementation is a first pass of a first pass. I imagine it'll look much better when it's done.

    The Uber Cannon is not finished. It is in PTE and there are a lot of things that need to be fixed. Give them time.

    Not a single effect currently on the unit cannon will stay the way it is, they're all borrowed effects, mostly from the nuke missile.
