This year's been pretty good so far... No one team has proven totally unbeatable which is good (and despite best efforts by pag ). I'm looking forward to the final promethean games vs rlm, vow and pag... All good matchups, should be fun

Haven't decided yet if I want to join a team. Honestly, I think we need some good players not on PAG. No offense PAG, I love you guys but there needs to be competition between teams. One dominant team is just not as fun.

Only in 1v1, in team games The Realm are beating PAG

Yeah to clarify, I am talking about 1v1. I don't care about team games I don't like relying on a team to win. If I lose, I want it to be my fault and my fault alone.

In terms of top 1v1 players at the moment, we basically have battlebear. That's it.

Well after that it's me at 19th currently, though I think we have a few members who are more than up to challenging the top ten if they decide to... @jonasmod, @Killanader and @cmdrflop all spring to mind based on the internal tourneys we've had recently

Anyway definitely room for another 1 v 1 guy, would be good to get some tough training matches in too...

Yeah, jonas is refusing to play 1v1 until they fix air pathfinding/micro though. Can't say I blame him to be honest, it drives me mad as well.

I think once new balance comes in we might see a bit uptick in people playing competitive games, especially if one or two of the new ranked maps have enough water for proper naval play. I've been loving the naval play on PTE at them moment, I even delved into the system editor for the first time to make myself a map to try it all out.

I've come to realize that killanader is not killander misspelling his name on the forums. It's an entirely different guy. (P)Killander is @evilhands on the forums.

Only had a few issues with the last (rather intense) game yesterday, so at least it's getting better. I'll try out the new PTE shortly.

I think it went really well. Some great games and Zaphod was acting like a complete weirdo on the stream .
Air is much too strong on medium to large maps so hopefully new balance may improve upon it. If anything I think it could buff it .

Yeah they need to do something about air pathfinding for sure. The units stopping bug Cost me my 2 expanding fabbers being sniped early game against matiz. Pretty critical not to lose them so early. :/

soo true.. Air dominates everything right now with the only real counter being more fighters. Even though in PTE ground AA now prioritizes bombers its still not fixed and most game still result in who wins the air game.
