    Antivirus: no
Recording Software: i do have fraps, haven't used it in months, it doesn't run in the background, it didn't start nor was running at any time with PA together
    OSDs: no
    3d API: no
    Window Effects: no
Other: no, I don't speak chinese (hehe)

No, it's definitely the right log I posted. Though mine is in the folder "log" not "logs". It's called PA-11-49-13.015.txt.

    Hello @dispereo:

You may want to check your page file:
    Code:
    Memory: 8192MB RAM
    Available OS Memory: 7108MB RAM
Page File: 5290MB used, 8921MB available
Perhaps your game is crashing because of the small page file (amount available is less than or equal to RAM available). Suggestion: Try increasing the page file on the drive where you installed PA.

Also, you might want to try the AMD Beta drivers for your card:
    Code:
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series
    Driver Version: 14.301.1001.0
    Driver Date/Size: 9/15/2014 22:31:42, 1335544 bytes
The Beta drivers (dated November 16 2014) are here on the AMD website. Scroll down to the bottom of the page to find them:

I have installed the latest beta drivers and I increased my paging file from 7GB to 10GB (as my Windows 7 suggested). The game ran for about 10min and crashed again. :(

Where did the game crash? In a match or in one of the menus?

Well sometimes it crashes in the menu, sometimes during gameplay. I usually start a Singleplayer AI Skirmish to test it (and since I've never played it thought it might be wise to try that first). So the last crash after my changes was in the Singleplayer AI Skirmish.

I installed the new AMD Omega drivers... the game crashed after 15min... probably the longest it ever lasted, AI single player skirmish.

I've now deleted all files and reinstalled, also reset the settings. Game still crashes. I am not able to reproduce why it ran for 15min the last time before it crashed. I didn't do anything differently.

Well, all of the random crashing is really strange, since you've ruled out pretty much everything. The only thing I can still think of may be issues with one of your RAM sticks. That would certainly cause random crashes (example). Especially in PA, which uses loads of it. Could you try testing your memory and see if any errors pop up? You can use memtest for that.

My computer memory is fine. That would have been strange anyhow as every other game would have had similar issues somehow. It's not the only game that heavily relies on RAM. :D

As with the guy who started this thread, maybe try performing a clean boot and run pa. If the game doesn't crash then we know it's software related....

Instructions on how to perform a clean boot:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-gb

Let me know how you get on.... if that works then I can help you identify specifically what is causing the trouble :)
