Mascot Head Not Showing Up When I Get a New Sing Thingy?

So this started some days ago, every time I get a new kill sign thing the mascot's head ain't showing in the locker room or anywhere. So i wont know whats new and whats old . Mby its other ppl having the same problem? Pls fix this in the next patch would be rly good

It's happening to me too, also it seems that when we earn 5-6 protags only 4 will it show. :?

Yeah it's pretty rare that the icon shows up in my career section any more. Not sure what the coniditions for this are though.
