[REL] Brighter Icons Mod

This is on PAMM. It brightens up the strategic icons so they're more readable.

For some reason, my GPU displays strategic icons badly. They are too dark, and colors look too similar. After many moons of trying to adjust my monitor to be able to read the Gray team's icons, I gave up and modified the icon shader itself.

If you have trouble reading the gray icons or team colors look too similar, this mod may help. But it'll probably mess everything up for everyone else.

Well, I figured out that the bug was that the team color was not gamma adjusted before mixing, so I changed the math on that.

Now yellow and light orange are distinguishable, and the colors look like they should. This also means that it's more of a bugfix than a "brighter icon" mod.

By the way, I found a bug for this PA#4150, and added your gamma report.
