The devs seem to want naval to have a "slow but powerful" theme, which poses a problem on large maps, where it can take a long time for your fleet to reach the enemy base, at which point they will have built up defenses. Combined with the current fragility of ships, that tends to make wars with naval long and tedious.

While a HP buff is probably needed to get naval in a better state, I had another idea - why not make Advanced Combat Fabbers amphibious, so they can be sent in to support your ships? This would prolong the length of naval engagements, add an objective (the combat fabbers) that each side is trying to destroy, and add a way to meaningfully beef up your attacking fleet as it heads toward the enemy base. Since the Advanced Combat Fabber still seems to be coming up short on advantages relative to its basic counterpart, making it amphibious would do something to distinguish them. Thoughts?

Combat fabbers already are, aren't advanced as well?

Sure you aren't thinking of RCBM/Statera Trophy?

Huh. Seems they are both amphibious. In my playtest though, the naval units still died too quickly for the combat fabbers to make a difference.

They last longer than tanks. HOWEVER, they also have less effective repair per metal. And commanders overkill ships.

Really, balance naval, and combat fabbers would be helpful for ships. Also, combat fabbers are useful for tanks, but not cost effective as the combat fabber cost 4-5 tanks?
