Got in on the kickstarter.. but never got a email about my copy when it released

Title pretty much says it all, I donated twice at the $20.00 mark, so when it released I would receive two copies. (One for me and one for the wife)

Anyways I never got a email about it.. how would I go about redeeming it?

You should have received your key some time in gamma actually, because it was released to everyone at any level by that point. (Early)

I'm not sure if you receive an email or if you need to check the my keys section...

It was Beta back in late November, I think.

Can you submit a ticket for this issue? I think I know what the issue is, but I'd like to make sure the issue is properly tracked.

I double checked my email again (searched for uber and for kickstarter) nothing. So I guess i'll contact support. I've never done kickstarter before, so after donating I'm not sure if I have to do anything else :S.

So I did that, it found my $40 pledge, they sent me a email I clicked on the email. and it took me to this page.

Oh... hmm I have 3 keys on that page, 1 says beta and 2 says retail

Are those the ones I use to redeem? and where do I redeem them?
