Found a weird easter egg in Windows

So, my caps lock is set to double tap for enable (tap twice to turn on), pressing caps lock then pressing a vowel simultaneously gives the latin variant.

For example:
a went to á
o went to ó
e went to é

HAVING CAPS LOCK ON ALSO DOES NOT MAKE THE LETTERS CAPITAL. LIKE THIS: á, ú, í, é, ó (CAPS LOCK WAS ON)

Or maybe the problem is simply that if the letters were capitals with the accents they'd be too big and mess up hte font/type spacing stuff?

I just figured out that there was a rogue .exe installed that changes the caps lock function when I downloaded a photoshop brush pack back in August.

Ah, too bad. That would've been a neat function in windows.
