bAllowHazards?

    Do these disallow only ejectors, or is it both ejectors and The Annihilator?

    It is both, but funnily enough, the announcer still announces when the Annihilator is ready :)

    Disabling them makes for a much more interesting game, imho, as annihilator at its current price and cooldown is something of a game-breaker, making lane-pushing more or less pointless.
