hi guys i'd like to report a bug when building orbital structures such as anchors

say you have some orbital fabs and you go to another planet [[WITHOUT SENDING THE FABS TO THE OTHER PLANET]] and command them to build anchors
the orbital fabs will build the anchors on the planet they are currently at instead of the planet you commanded them to build it on

here's the weirder part: pa uses some formula that takes the radius of a planet and adds a fixed number to find how high up an orbital factory is built i think, so if you are on a moon and command the fabs to build anchors on a gas planet the radii difference is huge and the anchors set to build on the gas planet will be built a lot higher than any anchor commanded to be built on the moon

testing this bug atm dont know if recently fixed

Yup, that's this bug: PA#3784. Vote for it if it annoys you. :)
Comment if you have additional info.

    confirmed on the radii thing

anchors can be built at lower or higher altitudes than intended
