[REL] Commander Image Color 1.1.1 [86765]

    Recolor the static commander images on the loading cinematic, and randomly on the start screen.

    It's not a cheap operation and there well be visual hiccups - trying again with webgl shaders is left as an exercise for the reader.

    There are a number of known pixel issues (and surely more I haven't noticed) that could use refinement of selection or replacement

    Since one of the base colors is yellow, I don't believe it's possible to avoid the construction stripes without an image-specific exclusion area.

    Just a heads-up, this mod seems to break secondary color selection implemented in PTE :

    There's only 2 choices, and even those are broken (one being wrong color and selection is misleading)

    This mod has been broken for a number of years now due to changes in menu structure, Ferret managed to fix it and im pushing a re-release to CMM (still has the pixel bugs but its great regardless!)
