When i join a game the planets with their textures looking like they are in super low definition and they will just be one color depending on the biome type it is, and also the liquids on the planets wont even load.
It's most always means your graphics drivers are old. Can you please check my signature and upload your DxDiag.txt on forums?
Your drivers are a year old. You should get the latest from NVidia. They are most easily kept up to date with NVidia Experience, but you can also install them manually if you prefer. Also, I noticed you are still on Window 8 instead of 8.1, I think. Don't you install updates for Windows? Not doing that can cause problems as well.
