Hi there, I just lost a full war once again. I was playing a new one, and was doing fairly well, suddenly guests arrived, and I paused my war. It took somewhat longer than expected (8 hours) when I came back, the war was no longer paused, rather I was back in the gw main menu, my war that I had just been playing had totally dissapeared, was not even visible under archived - just gone :-( That really sucks! I have suddenly losts wars before, but until now, I have not been 100% sure that I had not accidently abanddoned the war - this time I knew for sure. I think I would prefer that you could not abandon a war from inside the war (it is way too close to just exit if you need to get out). I'd much rather have to rightclick it in the main menu and then abandon it there, so it takes a different approach all over to abandon it and loose all your progress. It would probably need a text out in the menu, that you abandon a war, you need to right click it and choose abandon - so it would be fairly easy to find.
If you go AFK for an extended period of time (5 minutes?) your commander will auto self destruct. One of the many reasons why we need offline.
Even in galactic war on pause? I think I have been on pause for a fair amount of time before, without that happening?
