I'm not sure if that will fix the problem or not but I think it's a good idea to do anyway :)

Can you please try increase your page file on HDD to 12GB too?
Problems caused by small page file can't be solved by RAM upgrade.

Your driver is almost two months old:
    Code:
Processor: AMD A8-3870 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics (4 CPUs), ~3.0GHz
Card name: AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series
    Driver Version: 14.200.1004.0
    Driver Date/Size: 8/11/2014 23:32:20, 1331424 bytes
There is a new AMD driver (dated Sept. 28th 2014) available for your system:
    http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 8.1 - 64

i've upgraded and still nothing. =/ is there anything aside from drivers that could be the issue? i am monitoring gameplay and PA only uses roughly 45% MEM and 20ish% CPU

AMD catalyst said i have the later drivers
