    that's all it could be. that's why earth isn't upright in the first place. Life on earth couldn't have existed if it wasn't for Theia (the colliding planet) coming in and creating the moon and tilting the earth.

    just so you know the formation of the moon was before and life existed on earth. at that point earth was still mostly magma barely any crust.

    Extremites or whatever they are called could have existed actually. :p

    Edit: idk, they had extreme in the name, basically single cell organisms living in places you'd never expect possible in the past. Like the deepest of the ocean, living off thermal vents, or something living in a burning hot sauna, or something living in the middle of the desert, a volcano, etc...

    that is the accepted hypothesis to the creation of the moon. So although we can't prove anything, that's what we go with
