Hi, I was a very early backer of pa, it looked like an amazing game and it has become what I did imagine, I payed £60 for it when it first came out on steam, I remeber it said thoughs that brought it in its steam early alpha would ressive exclusive robot Commander, was this cannceled or am I getting it wrong as I have not have any extra commanders along its development.
All early access purchases *after the kickstarter campaign ended* get the 'Theta' commander. This commander *isn't available* to anyone buying in retail. You should have Theta in your armoury along with the other standard commanders. There is also another early access exclusive due (not sure what he's called) which was the Christamas 2013 promo (everyone who owned the game before them will get him) however that commander hasn't been released yet. Edit: There aren't any additional exclusives for Alpha / Beta access as far as I'm aware (Progenitor / Alpha commander were both Kickstarter only, Delta was for a specific special edition from the Uber store for like $200 I think).
I did the alpha €90 early access on steam, so i only get theta commander aswell? Nothing special for the €90 at all?
There are 2 other early access commanders coming which you will definitely get given you were Alpha participant (neither are out yet, but who gets them is determined by date of purchase). To be honest there aren't that many more specials though, and to get any more you would have had to pay $200 on the 'cosmic' package direct to Uber. They charged $90 for Steam alpha access to be in line with the cost of alpha access during the Kickstarter. You should also be acknowledged in the credits as an alpha backer, have an alpha badge in the armoury and I think you get the sound track + artwork.
That sounds a lot more favorable! Thanks Would love to know when the commanders will release and when you'll be able to display your badge, but i guess noone knows that huh
Dunno on commanders but you should already have a badge in your armoury for alpha and beta participant (though you can't show it off right now as far as I'm aware)
