I need some help.. I accidentally attacked a planet with 4 AI against me. I have 1 sub commander with me. I only have basic techs, such as air, orbital and bots.. I am getting absloutly owned. I have to win before I can proceed the game unless I want to start all over..
Your only real option at this point is to pull off a victory or lose :/ EDIT: Oh, wait I see what you need help with. imstupid.
There's 4 planets.. It's insanely hard, nearly impossible to win this and I really don't want to restart...
Theoretically it's possible to win if you can take 'quickly' take full control of a single planet, and then nuke your opponents back to the stone age. I came across a similar situation in one of my playthroughs, in which is was alone, up against 4 AI, and I did seem to land on the same planet as at least two of them. Upon a restart, I landed on a planet with just one, managed to beat him by rushing him with bots, and then finishing off with lots of flame tanks. At that point I just econned like crazy, spammed a bunch of nukes and anti nukes, and a bunch of anchors, and make a point of targeting the hallies they were building first. Once I got 4-5 nukes ready I sent in some orbital radar and sniped the commander. Then rinsed and repeated that until I killed them all. Edit: and took over any planet that I managed to clear.
There is a way out of this I believe, if you exit the game (alt f4) before you are defeated, you should be able to restart the level again. You'll still have to beat it though. Still there are ways to win- basically you'll need a fast orbital build to get gates on the other planets. If there is an AI on your starting planet, attack it with bombers fast (to kill it's expansion). If your fast you can win against the AI 4 v 2 especially if it isn't on too higher difficulty?
