I had this problem also, the halley planet was turning around the target planet and crashed into a gas giant during the final stage because it was in the way. The orbit of the target planet around the gas giand was smaller than the orbit that the halley planet was taking around the target planet

Launched a nuke in G.W. but when it went into the interplanetary phase it clipped into my planet and just kinda spun around the whole time.

Just had the exactly same thing happening. I was on the moon of the systgem that has 3 planets and 1 haleyable planets evenly spaced on the same orbit.
This only happened with the first missile, with the others freely getting to thier target. That one jsut keep playing dynamo for the magnetic field.

    My game ID was:
    4843096732249108484
    Time Index of firing: 18:30
In replay the missile went straight into orbital space. But instead of getting there it teleported into the planet core and stayed there.

I also had another bug (again). Trying to send units through a teleporter got them stuck all driving into the same point 5m away from the teleporter entrance. Or better: Almost all. A few first got through somehow.
At 15:30 they are giddily waiting on the portal to open, but in replay I noticed there was a certain "blobb" of units on on side of the teleporter enterance, as if the bug had already hit.
