    I was playing in a system with 2 metal planets when all of the sudden the 2 planets collided just randomly, me and the AI were both killed. Went back on chronocam and watched it several times unbelievable. :p

    this game is a pure gem.
    I just noticed the following things :
    When the sim is slowing down, it all seems linked to pathing (most of sim time is spent in pathing).
    Of course this occured while playing against 3 hard level AI and moving bunch of 2000 bots alltogether.
    I hope there's still room for improving pathing code performance. can't wait to test on my own local server (but only when Uber feels confident to share it).
    Otherwise, sometimes it happens one AI seems to be stuck and not expanding at all while obviously it could. Don't know if it's expected or not. Anyhow this does not prevent the game from being tons of fun :) And honestly i find this game pretty much stable for a first release.

    One thing I notice is that the name of all the units are missing in the build menu. The description is there but no name same with keyboard shortcut. they work but don't show.

    Can anyone try to start a new GW, set
    • Synchronous (Orange)
    • Epic or Uber size
    • Absurd AI
    • General Commander
    ?

    Get black screen with these specific combinations :

    I can confirm the blackscreen with synchronous + general; size and AI don't seem to matter.

    debugger error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'UnitSpec' of undefined
    All factions except Sync have minions with a commander property (which in turn has a UnitSpec property); most places in the code check for existence before using it, but apparently at least one doesn't.

    The introvideo really needs some work. It was almost finished on my pc when it suddenly reloaded into 1080p and restarted from the beginning. Not that this is terrible because AWESOME, but it would be nice if it starts at 1080p since it looks MUCH better :)

    Trees that are on the shore but in the water seem not reclaimable by land units, even though they can easily reach it. I was in a desperate need for metal as seen below :rolleyes:

    4 metal spots!! :eek: Trees where the reason I chose this planet as a starting location ;)

    Also, it would be nice if the AI could check for metal spots and reclaimable features for starting spots. The AI was pretty nailed down because of its lack of metal ;)

    Edit: yesterday I had a match where an avenger was below the orbital shell, I couldn't kill it with any means and it couldn't shoot me either.

    Notied a few things so far:

    - Intro video doesn't play at all for me
    - In GW the game crashes after every finished battle, doesn't matter if I try "Exit to Main Menu" or "Exit to GW"
    - I am not sure if this is on purpose:
    In GW I play with the vehicle loadout. Found a few techs, complete orbital being one of them. Now my commander cannot build an orbital launcher but a naval factory instead. I have no naval tech at all. But my advanced fabrication vehicle can build an orbital launcher.

    This is normal be behaviour, only fabricators can create an orbital launcher.

    Today I was looking at the orbital launcher and noticed that when building a unit, the platform suggests that the rocket should move toward the pillar with docking clamps. The rocket doesn't move though, the platform under the rocket does. I was assuming this would be resolved pre-launch but it is still there.

    i have been reporting this damn bug in windows x64 for about 6 months now...... sometimes its fixed then it comes back again..... very annoying

    The most annoying thing here is the crash after ervery GW battle. As long as this is the case GW makes no sense because the startup with the launcher takes quite a while and the steam version doesn't run for me at all.

    One replay two bugs:
    16398894189941967703

    1st bug: my support commander got "stuck". Not the totally as enemy AI sometiems does, but pretty stuck:
    Only one land factory, 2 Mex spots and 3 T1 power gens build at the water mex spot.
    He was churning out vehicles, but the commander just stood there taking a bath.

    2nd: I had an astreus close to ground that just could not be shoot down by my Spinners. My guess is it somehow clipped "into" the teleporter wreck, so shoots hit the wreck and did 0 damage to it. After destroying the TP wreck with my anti ground force it was shoot down.

    Somebody posted a bug on teh Steam forum:
    http://steamcommunity.com/app/233250/discussions/0/616187204221695105/

    Apparently an Haleyed object made a few rounds aroudn the Gas Giant. And then just crashed into it, rather then teh target planet. My asumption was that it ended the rotation on the "wrong" side of the giant and then tried to go straight for the target. There was just something in the way...
    I asked him to post the lobby ID for debugging.
