Kickstarter account, no key! "no data in table"

    Just wondering if I am the only one who has run into this problem. I was a kickstarter supporter for the game, finalised my pledge long ago (refinalised just recently it still accepts my email as a kickstarter supporter).

    Still there is no email with an activation code or key in the UberNet website :( Under "My Keys" I see "No data in table" "Showing 0 to 0 of 0 entries"

    Love any support or at least to know I am not alone in this! Been waiting a long time, excited to give PA a try.

    If you haven't already, email support@uberent.com about this one!

    In the mean time there are a few things you probably want to do to ensure PA will run properly:
    Assuming your on windows:
    1: Make sure all the windows updates are installed and up to date (PA requires windows 7 sp1 for example).

    2: Update your graphics drivers and get them direct from the chip makers website (e.g. if you are using integrated graphics on an Intel cpu, you need to get drivers from www.intel.com, an AMD / ATI gpu get them from www.amd.com or www.nvidia.com for geforce cards rather than trying to get the drivers from the card vendor).

    Also a word of caution, be aware PA is quite ram hungry. You really want 8gb of ram, although the game *should work* on 4gb if you keep the maps small (e.g. 1 x R600 planet or a couple of planets 1 x R400, 1 x R200 kinda set up, many new people host 12 large planets and run into problems).

    Damn thanks for the input, im still waiting for a response! Is everyone else waiting so long to hear from the accounts people?

    Abit bummed that I paid to support the game in its development and now people just buying the game have got access way before I do :(

    Due to release Uber has a lot of tickets to process currently so you kinda hit a bad point in time to ask for your keys.
