    God the Beta trailer's non-orchestral soundtrack. You almost forget just how much better the real thing sounds compared to midi.

    I saw the Kickstarter footage as concept material. Showing what they hoped they could do if they got the funding. We have the ability to leave our planet and head to other orbiting bodies. The unit cannon is the only real thing that isnt in the game yet. As far as things go I'm happy. Perhaps we should tell them to remove the annihilaser because its not in the Kickstarter trailer.

    Why does everyone always fixate on the unimportant stuff in regards to missing things from the Kickstarter trailer instead of the actually important stuff? Namely, these things.

    Bah, but ye are correct, these were for snagging asteroid belt roids for smashing.

    I don't think so, I think that rocket near the beginning became the Astraeus.
    The lander things look like they would be created by an air factory (advanced?) since it breaks off into two air fabbers and doesn't start off in the orbital layer.

    What if we just added an orbital beachhead establisher thing that carries 15 units? can only be built from the orbital factory, so as not to obsolete the astraeus . Grab like 3 of them, fill one of them with fabbers and the others with attack units and establish a perimeter?



    Then again, the more I think about it, the more badass a unit cannon seems.

    The thing about the unit cannon is that it should be able to shoot at its own planet too. It needs to be its own factory, as portrayed in the concept video, and behave like a nuke silo, once you build a set, you must launch it to fire again.

    Look at it, the units were loaded in like ammunition. And when it shows them fall, they are slowly dropping, have jets, attack during their drop, and therefore are unique (meaning we can't just load doxes into them.)
