Can I Have PA For Free Please?

Why don't you ask your parents to buy it for you? Do some jobs around the house etc to earn it if you want the game that bad mate.

I don't know about the country you live in, but there is a whole industry focused around getting people like you a simple way to pay online. I.e. at many stores around here they sell precharged 20€ "credit cards". Maybe something like that is available somewhere to you as well?

The cards in question I am thinking of are either accepted like a credit card or are special cards "paysafecard" that are at least accepted by steam. Steam has a ton of payment options.

I'm not going to give $30 to a random person on the internet... If he has no form of online payment he can just buy on steam with a prepaid card.

Uber deserves to get money for their work

No one said about uber giving a game away for free.. He wants to get a copy for free him self from someone elses wallet.. If YOU don't want to help then there was absolutely no reason to reply like that unless you had something constructive to say.. Just because you don't know the guy don't mean you have to be like that towards him. I bought the game with a pre-paid Mastercard on the Uber store, so it works (or at least worked, from what I've seen you can't do this anymore)

Good lord, NO way would this game be given out for free. Maybe if you won it in a contest or a raffle Maybe, but otherwise, beg to get the game from your parents.

Um, sorry no. If you don't have a way of buying online. If you're in the states. Go to gamestop and either buy it off the shelf with cash, or buy a Steam gift card off the shelf with cash and redeem the cash on steam and pay for it on steam with your steam wallet. If you live in the UK, you have the exact same options, but you do it at Game instead of Gamestop.
