Idea?

Not sure if it's been mentioned, is there any chance of a 500 mass moon colliding with a 1000+ mass planet, destroying half the planet/inhabitants and sending the planet on a random trajectory rather than destroying both?

How recently have you played? The planet that is being smashed isn't completely destroyed.

I think that the laser encourages rushing to metal planet, spamming orbital defence platforms... I mean it's cool but...
