Game Does not Start Up - PA.exe has stopped working

I have recently re-installed PA for the launch, only for intense disappointment. The darn game won't even start up! I have no clue why this is happening. I am running windows 7. I cannot provide system specs atm.

Do you have the latest DirectX and Visual C++ installed? If not, here are the links:

I think this is a problem with outdated drivers, but to confirm, please report back with your Dxdiag when you can.
