    I'm looking for people willing to help me create a Xiphid Remenant Skin mod

    The commander shown at the bottom of the list of pictures is a hovering commander that moves like an air fabber

    I'm liking them, I'd be willing to help.

    My only gripe is they really might be too complex for the games, any vert or tri counts?

    Very spindly on some of the unit's, with little spikes and everything, but yeah still looking like some cool models.

    When I was thinking about the lore behind the Xiphid Remenant I saw them as an evolution of the original Xiphid where there technology has been continually improved and enhanced, for example such improvement has allowed such spindly construction while retaining the same or bestowing even better armor that of the original Xiphid where known to have in the lore

    You know you can actually create race mods now, Uber has implemented a couple extra UNITTYPES that are there just for us. An example of its use is give the commander the unit type 1, then it's factories and building specific to that group the same unit type, the units of said factories, and etc... This means they could only build their stuff whilst other factions couldn't build their stuff.

    That I did not know eventually I would like to see this become a pure race mod not just a skin mod but I would like to start off as a skin mod and then transition to a pure race mod later.
