Blackscreen on startup

So every time I launch the game this happens:

From the looks of it, you're running MSI Afterburner or Steam beta is on.

Heres my DX how do I show my PA log?

The PA log is in C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log

Your AMD drivers are from 12/6/13 and require an upgrade. Maybe that's what caused the black screen.

How do I update them? and heres my log
