I just played a game and i tried to build the laser, but only 4 catalysts would build. the last one was red when i even tried to drag-build. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else. I'll find a pic when i have time.
This hasn't happened to me yet. I was able to build all 5 catalysts just fine. If you have any structures near the catalyst build spot, try reclaiming/self-destructing them before building the catalyst. You can also rotate the blueprint before building.
What size was the metal planet, exactly? Were there any AI's on the planet or was it just you? Also, how many planets were in your system, including the metal planet?
This was multiplayer. Planet radius was 500 After wrecking an opponent on that planet i had the planet to myself. There were 4 other planets. I'm not sure why you're asking this, it's def a bug.
Strange...I played on a size 500 metal planet and I was able to build all 5 catalysts... I don't know what else is wrong...Has anyone else reported the bug? P.S. It would be helpful of you to provide your most up-to-date DxDiag and PA log.
There's nothing wrong with my dxdiag or pa log... It's a bug ;-; I made this thread to alert Uber, so they can check their codes.
I noticed this too. Make sure to move all units away from the area. It took many tries to get to not be red.
