To those saying that the streaming internet will be incredibly expensive isn't the game always online anyway and therefore will still need an internet connection for the booth?

Yeah, I would rather have this thread about getting photos and such from PAX please.

And I'm not even gonna get started on the AV setup, I've just got home from work. ;)

It's good to hear that Uber and Oath have smoothed things out. I could kind of see both sides of the argument. Uber have a strict schedule but Oath is a dedicated fan of the game and caster who wanted to help. Meh, I want pictures!

Dat be some pretty good logic right there.

But then again, being a person who does quite a bit of professional VC and a tiny bit of webcasting, we're usually not comfortable under a rock solid 10/10 at the least.

It is quite possible that there is Affordable Internet and Proper Internet at PAX.

they are well viewed as others have said, and importantly they are also 'on message' and generally positive, which is essential in any expensive PR exercise. look at their message history, they're non confrontational and professional which helps if you don't want to alienate anyone and want to build a wider fan base. entertaining the viewer us the goal, not fulfilling your needs. people asked for pics, if you want more viewers give the people what they want.

that said I have never casted so what do I know.

To be clear: we planned an event around the casters we invited, and left some spots to play for community members that stopped by.

I don't really see a use for this thread, as it's not about the game.
