We found a showstopping bug and have fixed it. If you guys would please exit out of PTE and log in again, you'll get a new build with the fix. Thanks!
Currently updating. Great work in general BTW! Loving the new additions as well as the tweaked performance, the better building animation, the UI-Optimizations (less buggy. maybe got something to do with performance...)---> it´s simply very nice!
thanks brad. was it this one? http://pa.lennardf1989.com/Tracker/index.php?do=details&action=details.addvote&task_id=4000 anyways I found a few more: this little bugger : stayed this way for the entire duration of his existence. this red range zone dot you see was made by the AI, I believe, but visible to me, and permanent throughout the entire match : lastly I get red "denied" frames when trying to place down mexes that have already been queued up and holding shift. during an earlier game EDIT: and a more recent game, I couldn't place them down at all if they had previously been planned for : EDIT: also queuing up a catalyst doesn't work from a certain distance.
Okay UM wowI just fired the death ray. And it made me hard. like REALLY. side note, permanent blue ring after selecting (only happened to one of them) : also would be cool if all catalys opened only at firering time
I seem to be connecting to a FabServer.. and my sim slows down to a crawl. Are we all on a couple servers instead of the normal number of servers? I can still move the camera all over the place, and I can see things like rockets moving very very slowly.. like pixel by pixel. AI skirmish is a BLAST.. really impressed, the slow servers is a blow to the fun.. but I think we are only on a subset of the normal servers.. but that is just a feeling I have.
I also connected to a FabServer in my last game, and experienced heavy server lag. Otherwise, the skirmishes are a blast, like you said. Let's just hope that Uber is working to fix these problems as I speak.
