Question for Brad/Uber

I don't really see them pulling off the Deathstar super weapon thing, why you would ask? Well simply because planets turn around the sun, and them shooting at a planet would look really weird if the planets do not directly face each other. My bet is also the asteroids because they it would come soon.

So... just have it wait for line of sight? You know, like the actual Death Star?

Maybe you'll need to move the planet around with halleys to orbit a planet, then power it up... and fire!

Oooh, I like that... Wouldn't work too well with larger metal planets though. What I suspect is that the metal planet will just pivot to aim at the planet in question (maintaining its orbit) and fire its beam, blowing up whatever plant was chosen.

If you were to compare some of the larger terestrial planets to the smaller gas planets, it could happen

Currently halleys readjust the facing of a planet. Making the deathstar do that is apparently possible.

Also, they have done mild work on metal planets for over a year. It is possible, every other weekend one free-time day over the course of a year, that it's finally functioning.

I've been seriously lurking these forums since Brad's big tease. I'm beginning to get worried that something has gone wrong, as time is running out.

When you click the button a hole will open up in the fourth wall, from which the gigantic muscly foot of Brad will come forth, stomping the target planet into oblivion while angelic voices chant leeeeeg daaaaay

Yes, if it doesn't function like the real-world Death Star, I for one will have had my suspension of disbelief well and truly trashed.
