Dunno if those numbers will be relevant, but the web service is available : http://pamm-mereth.rhcloud.com/api/usage. It should always be a number between 0 & 100.
Still have to use them in PAMM

You need to launch PA at least once, PAMM look for logs in "%LOCALAPPDATA%\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation\log" to find the PA location.

It find your PA location by analyzing PA log files, there isn't a proper way to bypass that in the current release. As far as I know, the only unsupported scenario is steam stable + PALauncher PTE.

I installed on Mac and absolutely cannot find my PAMM install. I looked in /User/Home and there is no Application support folder in there and PAMM isn't in any of the Application support folders I can find

hm, well it would be helpful to have a way to set it for the times when it does go wrong. In my case I installed PAMM before launching PA through the launcher so it missed it.

I got a new laptop, Win 8.1, and this app doesn't work for me. It installs, and then when I try to start it I get a black window. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but nothing. Any ideas on what's going wrong? I've seen quite a few people report this.

I had to restore my laptop to factory defaults, and install PA and PAMM again, and then it worked. The problem seems to have been the old version of PAMM which I installed by mistake. Uninstalling it seems to mess up the installation of the new version.

Do you have some non ASCII character in your Windows Username ? What is %LOCALAPPDATA% on your system ?

Yes, it's bad how this game can't handle non ASCII paths ... welcome to 90's
You could probably create the profile then run your PA with a "RUNAS" command, you will have to do the same with PAMM (highly experimental ^^)

Hey! Is it possible to get this mod without installing with the MSI-file? I do not trust personally constructed installer files! I want the whole mod in *.zip or similar!

Download the source project and run the powershell script (after a full line by line analysis).
