As the title says, Playing in Galactic War mode with multiple planets (and enemies) after using my Deep Space Radar enemies are 'spotted' on other planets. I see the planet in the preview pane, click this (every time, doh!) and the system and planets disapear to be replaced with the gradient blue/grey/black background screen. The game is still running and I can hear things. I can even select my commander using the shortcut but I cannot see anything. Is this a known bug and if so, how do I solve it?
I think this is related to a similar bug where changing views can cause everything to disappear.... If this happens, you can try opening a pip window (assuming you don't already have it up) and then using the swap views option. That should fix the problem. This is something uber know about although I'm not certain if they've had it related to deep space radar... Anyway there should be a fix coming very soon.
Thank you! Now I need to work out how to open up a picture in picture window.. I think I pressed it once by accident.
The PIP is one of the small icons on the bottom right of the screen. When open there are some icons top left of the PIP itself, the 'double arrows' icon is the one to switch views with the main display.
