Commander AI doesn't work on smaller planets.

    Commanders don't seem to auto-attack on smaller planets for some reason.
    This leads to some hilarious moments.

    And this is for both AI and player controlled commanders, too.
    It's extremely frustrating when your commander is being bombed. He'll just stand there not firing while the bombers just kill him.

    And it's just on smaller planets I've seen this, seems to work fine on larger ones.

    That's a bummer of a bug.

    Define small?

    Less than... 400? 300?

    Not really sure. It was in a G.W. match.
    If I had to hazard a guess it was probably between 200-300.
