PAX Prime!

Hey everyone! I'm going to be going to PAX Prime!

I was hoping some of us Forum people(who are going) could meet up there and shower Uber with affection at their booth.

Who's with me?

I won't be at PAX Prime.

But I will be at PAX South!

I should probably buy my ticket now... The question is, should I buy only one day, or all three?

If you're going, I suggest you go for 3 days. It is impossible to take all of PAX in in one day.

I wish I could go to PAX Prime, but sadly it's one of the more expensive PAXs for me to attend, mostly because of the flight. Somewhere between $400-$500 plus the hostel I usually book got filled up fast, so lodging would have been more expensive then usual.

PAX East is about half that to fly there. $200-$250. Although the lodging in Boston tends to be more expensive then Seattle, based on my experience.

Unfortunately, the 3 day tickets are sold out. So I'd have to buy 3 1 day tickets, which would cost $90. Or I could buy one day for only $30.

I would go, but I'm also in the too expensive boat for Prime. I'll be going to East though.

And 3 1 days is worth it.

PAX Australia is best PAX.

So that's where I'm going.

We of course will have a good presence at PAX Prime, so we're looking forward to seeing as many people as can make it there.

No word yet on South, as I told Brian offline.

I want to go to PAX South, Uber better be there and I better find a way to grab a ticket and get a ride from Houston to San Antonio.

On a related note, anyone travelling between the two with extra space? I will pay you like you are a bus brah.

Uber said at least some of them will be showing up. I've messaged garat and he said they don't have any definite plans aside from that.

And as far as the ride goes, you aren't Houston commuting, your even closer you lucky dog. I'd swear you rigged PAX to land there somehow, like you paid the center they are using to host them for free.

I'm about 20 minutes away from PAX.

Which days are you going for, Oath?

I said some MIGHT show up. It's not unusual for people in our industry to go to distant events on their own. I have no knowledge for sure of anyone going yet. Please don't put words in my mouth.

If I set up a PAX Scotland will Brad come over and bring his sexiness?

Set up PAX Scotland, I'll come. (My family is about two generations out of Scotland And of course I'd make Brad come along.
