Well, I got more memory (And an SSD!) and noticed this in Task Manager:
This game takes up 9.4 GB of RAM (And it used to keep my disk usage pinned at 100%). While this definitely helped with the overall performance of the game (By a HUGE amount) I STILL crash when going to the main menu.

Also, here's my PA log from last time I crashed, as well as another dxdiag since I've installed these new parts.

Well, based on your PA log, it looks like you are using mods.

    Code:
[16:13:53.156] INFO Client loaded 15 mods, mounted 14
You will need to disable all mods via the PA Mod Manager and test the game to see if it crashes without any mods. If the game works fine, disable and enable each mod one by one to see which one caused the crash.

I disabled/uninstalled all of my mods and it still crashes.

A further look at the PA log (specifically the end part) shows this:

    Code:
    [16:33:08.360] ERROR WorldAudioHandle::stop - Unexpected null handle
This error popped up thrice in the log. It sounds like there is a problem with your audio or something.

Your Dxdiag looks fine for the most part; drivers are up-to-date, CPU has optimal speed, and RAM is plenty.

    But what's this?

    Code:
Description: LG ULTRAWIDE-4 (NVIDIA High Definition Audio)
    Date and Size: 6/11/2014 04:57:41, 197408 bytes
Is there an audio conflict between the external speakers and the onboard monitor speakers?

And by the way, what is your power supply's make, model, and energy capacity (in watts)?

(It's just a wild guess...I'm running out of ideas at this point.) :(

My PSU is a Corsair CX500 Builder Series. According to PCPartPicker, 500w is enough to power my computer, as it takes 450w. I will try disabling my monitor's speakers.

Actually, 500W is not enough. Your GPU (GTX 780 Ti) has a minimum power requirement of 600W and can consume up to 250W according to the Geforce Website:

    http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-780-ti/specifications

Maybe your PSU is having a fit when you try to return to the main menu. I have a more powerful PSU (850W) and I never had any problems with the main menu. Perhaps it is time for an upgrade.

No luck, even after disabling my LG monitor's speakers and reinstalling the game entirely :(

GEEZ, so it's been curbing its power really heavily ever since I put this computer together? I'll get a new PSU ASAP! Is my computer at risk for damage?

Well, here is what @SXX said about insufficient energy levels on PSUs:

The sooner you upgrade your PSU, the better shape your computer will be in. I'd recommend a PSU of at least 800W or more.

There is no way a system like that can run (safely) on a 500 watt psu.

If i were you i would stop playing games until you get a better psu, don't want to stress the system to death, literally.

Will do. I'll post what happens with a better PSU when/if I get one.

Okay, so I just got and installed a 750w power supply and the same thing happens. I don't know about you guys, but I'm all out of ideas.

Where did you install the game? (C: Drive or secondary drive?)

I'm also running out of ideas. The following are questions that may have been asked/answered already:

    - Do you have any antiviruses?

    - Does the crash occur on the Uber launcher version or the Steam version?

    - Are you on Steam Beta?

I installed the game on C:\
I have two antiviruses; Avast and Malwarebytes.
I haven't tried the Uber version, as I bought the game on Steam.
I am currently on Steam beta, but the same thing happened way before I opted into it.

Here are some things you may want to try:

    - Try adding pa.exe (32 and 64 bit) and all CoherentUI_Host exes to avast's whitelist. Same thing with MBAM.

    - Try downloading the Uber Launcher and running the game from there. This will rule out all Steam issues.

    - Try disabling the Steam Overlay if you haven't done so already. Also, opt out of beta mode.
