Since the last patch this connecting to ubernet (or something along that line) popup can take a while to complete..

Noticed that too. The connection now seems to take 20-30 s whereas it was instant before.

Yup, connecting to ubernet used to be near-instand. Now it will take several minutes. I just had 5 minutes of trying to connect to ubernet, eventually i just closed it down and tried again. Wich worked within like 2 minutes or so...

When I tried connecting to UberNet on the PTE, I connected in less than two seconds. So far, I haven't had an issue with long connection times. I'll test my stable build and check the connection speed.

EDIT: Connection to UberNet on stable build was almost instant. So no problems on my end.

me, too, but since this build is my first ever, i just assumed it was normal

surely it's not related to which server you connect?

i choose US central, whereas kjotak might be connecting to another?

Noticed it aswell, but it's only a delay of like 3-5 sec more.

But yeah it's annoying if it's more then 5 sec wait time.

You could try updating your network drivers to see if that fixes the problem.

Note: Use the windows problem solver to see if there are problems with your network.

I also chose US Central. The almost-instant connection time could possibly be related to my short distance from the UberNet servers.

The US Central servers are in the state of Washington, if I am correct?

    EDIT: SpeedTest image uploaded.
