    Actually I don't believe sound effect mods are possible as of yet... Sadly.

    I don't know I haven't given it a try, I hope there's not some silly extension format that no one's heard of imstead.

    Well, the audio files live in media/pa/audio (I think) and they are in the fsb format. That's the file format used by FMOD, which is the audio library PA uses. On their site there is a program called FMOD Studio, which may or may not be able to open them. I can't test it, since it's not available for my OS as far as I can tell. But go nuts! :)
