Two installs of PA

Is it possible to have two independent installs of PA on same pc? One on C:, the other on D:?

I would like to keep that one on C: and on Steam vanilla, and the other one modded. The other reason is that I can't log through Steam right now, but can through Uber launcher (I just installed it now and try it).

Both clients going to use same config, but you can achieve what you want by running game with "--nomods" launch options. So basically you don't need two game installations, but just two ways to run it.

If you play on PTE you actually already have two instances of the game installed.

Shortcut for Steam launcher is this:

steam://rungameid/233250

And for Uber Launcher:

"D:\Games\Uber Entertainment\Planetary Annihilation Launcher\"

Where should I put "--nomods" string?

Make a shortcut to PA.exe directly, in the target box add --nomods after the end quote.

Or just use PAMM and its handy "Safe Mode" button
