pamm://install/com.pa.proeleert.hotbuild2 link should already work. Like I said earlier, I don't understand the feature request because I obviously missing some details.

edit: the problem is this forum don't seem to allow them

What I'm asking for is a link that redirects to that protocol so that we can have one click install links for mods that we can post on websites as the pamm:// has the colon removed in the process of being made a hyper link.

It's a Uberent forum security issue, I don't see what can be done on the PAMM side.

    Oh :)

Well in that case when I get home I will just add a page to the pamm website that redirects.

    Ex: Go to http://pamods.github.io/?pamm=install.inGameBrowser

And it would redirect to pamm://install/inGameBrowser

    Not working yet. Just suggesting

Good idea, we should give it a try. But with all the modern browsers security rules, we should not claim victory too early with a client side only solution :p

Ya. I would offer my own server for this but I am currently migrating it to a different provider so it won't be reliably up for a while.

    Could someone help me?

PAMM 'says' its loading, but its showing no loading indicator (that thing that should be in the bottom right) and I've also simply left it sitting for several hours now to confirm that, yep, its stuck like this.

It's the same in the news, server mods, and available mods section, and also says all are still loading under statistics in the section opened up by the question mark (farthest top right button). And, since my knowledge of how to fix this ends with removing and then re-installing, which I've done at least several times over by this point, I'm all out of idea's.

It's probably a bit overkilling. Did you try with the commands "defaults" or "plistbuddy" ? We could add it to the install process if you could make it work with a simple command line.

Just gonna test using Iframes on the forums to see if we can have a premade "Install my mod" button

    Hmm nope.

I think we could make a generated picture.

    Cool. Gonna do that.

Could you enable "debug mode" in the configuration panel ? It should show more logs.

Something wrong going on, but so far I can't figure out what :( I definitely need to find a way to implement a better log facility.

Point, the handler could just be added to the main app; it seems to be recognized outside Applications, thought in all cases it has to be run once.

I can get PAMM to launch, but the url doesn't come in as a command line parameter, OS X sends a separate event. Atom-shell might support this, but the editor repo is taking it's sweet time cloning so I can check the current implementation.

General usage question : would you like that PAMM doesn't close when starting PA ?
