I know this post probably appears all the time, but I have been getting PA.exe crashes ("PA.exe has stopped working") and I am curious how to fix this. Usually all the units stop moving, then it freezes and crashes. Attached is a DxDiag export (apparently this is important). My specs are: i3 3220 8GB RAM HIS 7850 (overclocked) Windows 8.1 Drivers have been updated. If you need more information let me know. Thanks!
Did you update them before or after creation of DxDiag? At moment it's indicate you using 8+ months old drivers. Latest drivers can be only installed from AMD website: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows 8.1 - 64
Wow. I must have mixed up the driver upgrade with another PC or something. Could have sworn I updated within the last month. That DxDiag is from around an hour ago. I will update them now. Thanks SXX.
AMD have long track of releasing broken installers so you might need to remove old drivers first. Though their installers for desktop GPUs usually worked fine, but worth to check anyway.
