Planetary Annihilation T-Shirts Are A Thing That Is Happening

One mission (almost) complete.

Between dropping major new versions of Planetary Annihilation that have greatly improved the overall experience and iterating on [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] in the upcoming launch build of the game, we've been doing something completely different: analyzing t-shirts.

The test run of the shirts that we plan to send out to backers arrived yesterday. All of us hurriedly passed them around. We studied and scrutinized each design, looking for any possible flaws. The opinion? There aren't any.

The run included five shirts that celebrate Planetary Annihilation -- and do so in style, if we may be so bold. Here's a look at the blue shirt, which is our favorite:





And the yellow, which is both striking and fun:





Because of course we did, we also took the opportunity to make an "AWESOME" shirt that celebrates everyone's favorite Uber Entertainment design director, John. This morning, during our company-wide stand-up meeting, we shrugged off our jackets and over-shirts and dramatically revealed the design to him as a group. As you could imagine, he was stoked. Here it is:

So, what's next on the t-shirt front? Now, we have to hit the "GO" button on the actual run of shirts that we'll be sending out to those of you receiving them. We can't really give a firm shipping date right now, but the printing process will take time.

Also, love the theta and alpha shirts. Man those concepts are slick, kinda makes me wish they got those wide shoulders in-game...

Personally, I think the yellow one is the best, but then again, I love the Alpha Comm (though sadly I can't get it ;- the most.

An idea just crossed my mind, can kickstarter backers still upgrade their pledges =D ? Those T-shirts look just really amazing!

Oh dear god, that animation series from your picture there, Happy Tree Friends. Still have nightmares about that, when you first see that stuff and thinks its all cute, then its more BRUTAL than freaking horror movies lool

I am digging that yellow Alpha Commander shirt. Even though I do not normally like yellow shirts. It will complement my yellow MNC shirt nicely.
