Speaking of language how come Germany gets it's own subforum?

That's actually quite an interesting topic. It's basically two different communities. I wonder which group is more useful ;)

It's because they are the second largest language group playing PA I believe. :p

That's an interesting question - probably because Germany is the largest non-english-speaking market?

As for the forum's content - there's not much to see. Some troubleshooting, the regular questions we see on the english boards as well. And a rather low quality of posting in general, if I might say so.

I was just wondering how much different the community would be today if the two groups were in the same forums. Do they have a completely different general approach to PA and Uber as a community? Different general opinions? A different consensus on where the game should be going? Are they providing actually useful feedback to Uber wothout the drama:)P)? Or is there no difference at all apart from the language?

Don't mind me, I just find these things more interesting than I should.

Some more vocal and active members of them post in here anyways. There wouldn't be any difference in my opinion. The forum right now has more the form of a support forum for people not speaking English.

Thread split from this one because it went on a massive tangent.

Just remember, some of the best things result from things going off on a tangent :)

From my data, PA's fan base has a bunch of Germans. They're the #3 traffic on my YouTube videos and on PA Matches.

Not surprising. Germany has always been a big market for RTS.
