I love the concept of Galactic war, and the strategy, being forced to select a technology path, adds to the game. I there for had this crazy idea: It could actually be quite interesting if it was possible to play galactic war as multiplayer game, for long, big and epic battles for territory. I am imagining either MMO like system, or as fractions (teams) in a real tournament, where the winner literally conquers the galaxy. I think this would add a totally new way of thinking tournament. Thanks again for all your hard work!
I like the idea of using Galactic war as a setting for a team tournament A bit more interesting that 'brackets'... Uber have said that multi-player is coming to Galactic war, as well as 'clan battles' which is probably similar to your tournament idea. It's unlikely either of these will be in the initial release version though as it will probably take quite a bit of work.
