I know but it would be cool to have a start collapse in on itself into a black hole. I know it doesn't make sense for them to mash into a moon but atleast it'll be fun

Almost fine. We're skipping over part where the star goes supernova and destroys everything in the system.

Just to warn everyone of something which I just tried:

I tried to create a system with a planet X orbiting a planet Y, and I tried to stretch X's orbit such that it intersects with the sun, in an attempt to create a troll system that would annihilate those who spawn on planet X, but it crashed the system designer and I had to turn off the switch to shut down my PC manually as I could not alt-tab out of it.

Anyone else experiencing this?

If you're getting a full machine crash, please get a thread started in Support with as much detail as possible. That is usually related to a driver problem or hardware problem. It's very difficult any more for our game to outright crash your entire system without exacerbating circumstances (Hardware overheating, bad drivers, etc).
