I cannot launch the launcher, it just doesn't pop up when I click it. I fear it's to do with my graphics card not being up to date, and I was just hoping for some help Comp. Use the DirectX Web Installer to make sure you have a completly up-to-date DirectX. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
Web installer usually fail to replace old/broken libs. Better install it this way: Download this package: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109 Then run it, extract to accessible directory, open this directory, find and run "DXSETUP.exe" installer.
Thanks for the continued help, though I'm afraid it still isn't working just to clarify the actual issue. When I launch the launcher it pops up on my toolbar but doesn't come up anywhere on my monitor, when i hover over it it shows up as a blank canvas with nothing on it. Is it possible that I don't have the RAM to run it, Or is that a silly question?
