This is the best option of all of them.:p

In all seriousness have PA check the system date and time settings or have a setting that the user can specify their preference.

    Edit: or better yet UTC.;)

    This is absolutely not enough.
Telling time with hourly clocks? You might as well get the time to tell itself; this level of automation only lowers the skill ceiling on time telling.

Honestly, anyone who's advocating any kind of display other than binary UNIX time is just wrong. We shouldn't even be having this discussion.

Is this, many down the line from the OP, the first to realize the whole thread a troll?

Seriously, 24hr time clock is NOT equivalent to a feature. That is such a minute detail, and I am not trying to be punny. I don't have the time for your games. >.>

Conundrum realized it first, and Matiz second.

I was stunned, honestly. It's either everyone being sarcastic or Quitch is way too serious for the community. Quitch OP, plz nerf.

Where? It looks like he made 2 posts, and both were as troll or more troll than the OP was.

My favorite was 12:52 pm at 12:52 am and the tossing around of the computer and the wild flailing of the arms. Lol broken gary's mod bone glitching.

It was pretty clear immediately that this was an epic troll from Quitch. A real work of art, if you think about it. That 12:52 pm/am thing is an actual bug in the game right now that I happened to notice while reading this thread. It looks like it only happens one hour a day because right now I have 12:14 AM for both Windows and PA. At noon it was wrong though.

    Yes.
    EDIT: Wait, I mean no.

I thought 3/4 of matiz's post being lorem ipsum would have been a dead givaway.

And a third of the remaining quarter being threads that have popped up over the last month or so.

ok I'll bite. This game is about robots. These creative devs strung lore about time designation zero. So. When the game launches, the time should display 0 and should continue, displaying hours seconds minutes, afterward until the end of time.

only makes sense. See you all at 2090:30:00...

You mean 0000100000101010:00011110:00000000 (honestly though, this is wrong. It should just be the number of seconds [or milliseconds], in binary.)
What was PA's release date again?

Quitch is shlocking those of you who act like you will die of the Ebola Virus if everything isn't exactly as you want for the initial 1.0 release. Much like the ridiculous furor some of you threw over a Commander for charity. If some of the worst offenders here had backed Yogventures - I'm pretty sure you would have spontaneously combusted into a pile of ash after Yogscast and Winterkewl said "we give up -yep wasted $500k of your dollars and have nothing to show - oops!".

Uber has done a pretty great job, and my hope is the game gets a lot of sales and they're able to spend a great deal of time releasing DLC and expansions for it.
