Using latest version as of today (July 22).

    1) First time installing the game, I went straight to the settings and changed the graphic settings to "uber." I clicked through the other tabs but made no other changes. On the last tab (Keyboard), I clicked "Save" and then hit the back button (upper left). Somehow the language setting was changed to the top language (Czech, I believe). Fortunately, I remembered where "Settings" was on the main menu, found the language setting, and changed it back. The change was saved successfully and I have entered and exited the Settings menu several times without a repeat problem.

    2) First "Galactic War" game, second battle. I had a smattering of factories on two worlds. At some point, the building options (along the bottom-center of the screen) disappeared (the entire element was hidden, just like I didn't have a construction unit selected). The lower-left icon continued to function along with all other UI elements. Unfortunately I do not recall how it happened, what I clicked on immediately prior, etc. No settings were changed in-battle, though I did pause several times. After noticing the missing UI element, I selected and unselected several factories and construction units but did not get any build options. I cycled all three overlay options (UI, performance information, and the third one I cannot recall now) then selected a factory and saw the build options again. Other units also had the build options back, and it has not disappeared again since.

I did not test whether I could add units to the construction queues via keyboard shortcuts as I don't know them yet.

    Update on #2:
Toggling UI elements does not make the missing build bar appear; it was going into game settings that did it.

Pressing F5 to refresh the UI should fix it for now.

I haven't seen it since 69564, but I've also only played one game since the update. I'll definitely try the F5 idea if I do see it again.

changing / going into game settings does the same thing that f5 does which is reload the UI.
