Has Anyone else experienced this? I am not using PTE, but I am using a bunch of mods.

    The behavior:
    1) Create new game
    2) Load a previously created 850 radius planet
    3) Setup a game between 1 AI and myself
    4) Start the game
    5) I see the planet with metal and starting positions, which is not completely rendered.
    6) View immediately reverts to screen with title "GENERATING PLANETS."
    7) This continues infinitely.
    8) Only way to stop this is to quit PA in a disrespectful manner.

When I disable all mods, PA runs as expected. Is there a way to find which mod is responsible besides trial and error?

    Thanks.

Turn them all off and then turn them on one by one. Trial and error is the only way I know of.

I have the same problem with large planets, the generation code may have changed.

I have seen the lobby say that I am loading or another is loading but will still let me launch the game if everyone clicks ready.

What you're experiencing might not be, but what the OP is experiencing is most definitely.

I am experiencing the bug as well and I am on a vanilla install, so thats 0 for 3 on the mod theory.

I found out the mod that causes the originally described behavior: the live economy graphs mod.
