Slammer has incorrect range (and other bugs)

    Hello again,

    These bugs may have been found already, but I felt it was worth reporting them:

    - The Slammer advanced bot has a very wide range, but it doesn't actually fire its anti-land weapons until the target is well within the range circle.

    (Suggestion to fix bug: Add another range circle to mark its anti-land range)


    - Sometimes I cannot build a metal extractor on a metal spot, whether it is advanced or regular. This happens to all planets.

    - When I drastically shrink the radius of a metal planet, it looks like nothing can be built upon it.

    the slammer is probably displaying it's torpedo range which is a lot higher than it's anti land range
