Results: Holding down the arrow keys causes an the camera to infinitely loop. This didn't appear to be an issue with Windows 8. After the upgrade to Windows 8.1 this bug started occurring. This bug will persist if you exit the game, and is only temporarily (before you use the camera again) fixed if you verify the integrity of the game cache. the captcha is only for your first few posts. as for your problem, have you encountered it elsewhere? I've never heard of this before, sounds like a odd edge case.
